Fitness and fun, the circus way

II’m all about finding ways to challenge yourself whilst having fun. Nothing is quite like circus for facilitating amazing movement in all planes that includes plenty of balance, proprioception work, stamina, and strength.


I am the Personal Trainer for CircusMASH Ltd, based in Kings Heath in Birmingham. I’ve also trained with Polichinelo Circus in Liverpool, and completed teacher training at the National Centre for Circus Arts in London.
